Presently, Rabbi of Congregation Ahavas Yisroel of Pomona, NY. 20 years of experience of rabbinic leadership, as the rabbi of numerous congregations, mostly in the UK, but also in New York, Sydney, Berlin, and Brussels. Acted as a chaplain to a major British prison and taught a semicha program. For more than 20 years, acted as chazzan, baal koreh, baal tokea, and so on.
Yossi holds a diploma in life coaching and earned a Masters Degree in the social sciences and a PhD in coaching psychology. He has published multiple scholarly articles and book chapters and lectured at conferences
Established a reputation as an expert in the area of relationships, especially helping singles struggling to form or secure a lasting relationship. Launched a major relationship advice website, www.datewell.org. Co-founded a European singles organization (www.jep.eu), which runs major weekends all over the region. He has written several books on the subject (including Relationship Coaching and Shidduch Success), as well as contributed to major publications in the field.
